“I booked the 7pm Vespa tour expecting a sunset ride, but the tour operator delayed the start to 7:45pm “due to evening traffic”. Unfortunately, this meant we got caught in heavy rain halfway through the tour – had the tour not been delayed, we likely would’ve avoided this. Additionally, the tour promised 25 photos at multiple viewpoints, but I only received 16 photos taken at one location (Fontana dell’Acqua Paola). To top it off, I found the company unresponsive to my initial inquiries, which only added to the frustration. Overall, I would rate this tour 2/10 and cannot recommend it.”
